Greenda announced to expand the capacity of TMAH to 20,000 MT/a

    On May 28,2006, Greenda announced to build another new line of Developer TMAH in the Hangzhou Linjiang Industrial Area with Sanfu Chemical Co., Ltd to meet the growing demand, and then the total capacity of TMAH increase to 20,000MT per year. After the first 5000MT/a TMAH line successfully run from April 2005, the quality is excellent and the demand is blooming. In January 2006, the capacity of this line enlarged to 7500MT per year after expansion.

     The new second line begins construction in June 2006, completion expected in October 2007. The new line will include the advanced technology of purification of raw materials, synthesis, electrolysis and packing. This will enable Greenda to meet the growing demand of TMAH in IC and TFT-LCD industry.

    TMAH is widely used as developer in IC and TFT-LCD industry. After the new line completion, Greenda will become the biggest supplier of TMAH in the world; can offer better support and service for the IC/TFT-LCD manufacturing company in Taiwan , Korea , Japan , Europe and Mainland.
